This statement concerns personal data sent by the user when registering with the site www.anticafonteresort.it. In order to send a booking request or to ask for further information it is necessary to provide Antica Fonte Resort with certain pieces of data. Personal data collected by means of this procedure of registration with the services offered by su www.anticafonteresort.it shall be stored in an electronic database owned by Antica Fonte Resort - Loc. Antica Fonte Resort be the proprietor of such data and responsible for its processing, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 2003; therefore, the services of www.anticafonteresort.it shall be provided exclusively to those who require them explicitly and authorize Antica Fonte Resort to carry out the processing of their personal data. The names and addresses used to send reply messages are processed by means of computerized tools (even though no specific operations are performed) and they shall not be disclosed to third parties nor shall they be used for purposes other than issuing the requested reply. Each registered user can contact Antica Fonte Resort at any time in order to verify and integrate such personal data, to update and rectify it and/or to exercise any other right mentioned in the directive concerning the protection of personal data (article 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, Legislative Decree n. 196 issued on June 30th 2003).
