Please, note if you book 3 months before you arrival day, we will apply the following dicount on weekly rate:
10% on three rooms and four rooms for low saeson and others period
5% on three rooms and four rooms for middle season
5% on two rooms for low season and others period.
Deposit fee of 30%, to be paid through bank transfer within one week.Security deposit € 200,00 per apartment, to be paid in cash on arrival.Balance to be paid on arrival, cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Prices are per apartment per week and include linen, electricity, water and gas. VAT 10%. Use of swimming pool, car park, barbecue and bikes.
Obligatory final cleaning:
Bilo: Euro 60,00
Trilo: Euro 75,00
Quadri: Euro 95,00
For stays of over a week, just one obligatory final cleaning will be charged. A weekly change of linen will be included in the price.
Air-conditioning and Heating (weekly prices):
Bilo: Euro 80,00
Trilo: Euro 110,00
Quadri: Euro 140,00
On request: Use of shared laundry.
Cradle and high chair € 25.00 a week.
Change of linen: € 8.00 per person.
Additional cleaning including change of linen: Two-room apartments € 55.00 - Three-room apartments € 70.00 - Four-room apartments € 90.00.
Check-in: within 18.00.
Check-out: within 10.00.
We inform you that for reasons indipendent from us the management of the restaurant has decided to stop the traditional service of restaurant.
It will organize 2 dinner in week even if we will reach a minimum number of persons.
We inform you that you will find restaurants and Pizzerie in the town of Casole d'elsa which is 1km from the resort.
