Please note, that according to Italian law, sleeps indicated with +2 are meant for children up to 11 years ONLY
Prices are per apartment and include: 10% VAT, final cleaning, linen for bed, bathroom and kitchen, weekly change of the linen, midweek change of towels, use of the sofa bed (indicated with +2) for children up to 11 years ONLY, outdoor swimming pool (open from late April through mid-October, weather permitting), mountain bikes, BBQ, parking, children playground and Wi-Fi. We do our best to offer a good Wi-Fi access, but we cannot guarantee the same level of service as an Internet Point.
OURIST TAX (a local tax per person, per night up to a maximum of 5 consecutive days which must be paid by tourists during their stay. Children under 12 exempt.
€ 80,00 for the 2-room apartments, €100,00 for the 3-room apartments, €120,00 for the 4-room apartments.
€ 160,00 for the 2-room apartments, €200,00 for the 3-room apartments, €240,00 for the 4-room apartments.
Terms of stay
Check-in: from 15.00 to 18.30. Shouldn’t you make it by 18:30, you are supposed to give us a telephone call on +39 328 0513514 or e-mail us in advance.
Check-in after office hours: check-in in our absence will be possible only after having previously sent the personal data that will be requested.
Check-out: by 09.30, at the latest
From the second week of July till the penultimate week of August we usually accept bookings of a minimum of 7 nights, with check-in and check-out on Saturday ONLY. In other periods we are willing to consider requests for shorter stays with check-in and check-out not necessarily on Saturday.
The Reception is closed on Wednesdays Afternoons, Thursdays Afternoons and on Sundays

• Tesla and other electric cars charging: the price per Kilowatt will be decided according to price list of the energy provider
• Wellness Area (open only in certain periods of the year and upon reservation): with Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, Emotional Shower and Relaxation Area
